The bid team for teams without one.

Small and mid-size teams answer RFPs and security questionnaires with no bid team behind them. WinAdvantage is built for them.

Why we're building WinAdvantage
Sam, founder

Our founder, Sam, spent many years as an Account Executive, running the whole pipeline from prospecting to closing to renewing.

"Before they signed, new leads and existing clients up for renewal sent similar paperwork: RFPs, RFIs, security questionnaires and DDQs. We had no bid team, so every one was mine to complete, and complete well.

My team used a well-known RFP and security questionnaire tool. When I uploaded a whole questionnaire, too many answers came back wrong, and I had to double-check every one. In the end, we went back to searching its library question by question. Each questionnaire still took hours, and every license was expensive."

Sam

There had to be a better way.

So we're building WinAdvantage, the bid support team we never had. Upload a questionnaire, and within minutes every answer is filled in from your own documents. Each one shows its source and how sure it is, so you see at once which ones need you. We want it within reach of small teams too, where an expensive tool doesn't make sense but the hours of grueling work still pile up.

We're building WinAdvantage with modern AI engineering tools, so a small company can ship like a big one.
