This notice explains what personal data we collect on winadvantage.io, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers this website only. When the WinAdvantage app launches, its section will be added here.
Who we are
This website is run by Tyto Labs Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore. We follow Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
What we collect
When you fill in the "Join the pilot" form:
- your name, work email and company
- your phone number, if you choose to give it
- your answers to two optional questions: what you answer most, and about how many a month
When you visit the site, only if you click "Accept" on the cookie banner: how you use the site, collected by Google Analytics. This includes the pages you view, your device and browser type, your approximate location, and how you reached the site.
Every visit: our hosting provider keeps basic technical records, such as your IP address and browser, to keep the site running and secure.
Why we use it
- To contact you about the pilot and about WinAdvantage's launch. This is why we ask for your details on the form.
- To understand how the site is used, so we can improve it. This happens only if you accept analytics cookies.
- To keep the site secure and working.
We don't sell your personal data, and we don't use it for advertising.
Cookies
Google Analytics uses cookies to count visits. It runs only after you click "Accept". If you click "Decline", no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.
We also store your choice itself in your browser, so the banner doesn't ask again on every page.

Some of these services process data outside Singapore. We use services that are bound by contract to protect it to a standard comparable to Singapore's law.
How long we keep it
- Form entries: while we're in touch with you, then for up to 2 years after our last contact.
- Analytics data: Google Analytics keeps detailed data for 14 months.
If you ask us to delete your data, we delete it within 30 days.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- show you the personal data we hold about you
- correct it
- delete it
- stop contacting you. This withdraws your consent.
We reply within 30 days. If we need longer, we'll tell you when to expect an answer.
