Common questions

Is there a per-user fee?

No. Every plan has unlimited seats and every feature.

What happens if I run out of credits?

A questionnaire that's already running finishes, using a small advance from next month's credits. New answering pauses until you top up or move to a bigger plan. You can still read, edit and export your work.

Do unused credits expire?

No. Unused credits roll over and never expire while you're subscribed. They lapse only if you stop your subscription.

Can I top up if I run out of credits in my plan?

Yes. Top-up packs will be available anytime. Their sizes and prices are published at launch. A bigger plan always costs less per credit than top-ups.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. A monthly plan runs to the end of its month. A 6-month or yearly plan runs to the end of its term, with no refund for the unused months.
